Excuse me, but I won't give you any nicknames because I don't want anyone to feel obligated to do anything. However, if you have any questions or doubts, you can always write me a private message, although I'm not sure I'll always be able to help you when it comes to new Blender versions (I use 2.79b).

If you want to edit .ebo in Blender, you must first export it to .obj format using NEBOViewer, which you can download from here. I'm not going to make any videos or tutorials because I'm using an older version of Blender (which I personally prefer), maybe one of the guys who use the new versions could do it. I must add that the differences in the UI are quite significant. Anyway, you can also look for Blender tutorials on Youtube. I'm sure you'll find something about making faces for FIFA, PES or NBA 2K, and the editing techniques are the same.

@sadovnik77 Your cybers already look very good, but if you want to take their quality to an even higher level, using Blender and its feature called Texture Paint will be essential. The method you're currently using simply doesn't allow you to get past certain limitations, whereas with Blender you would have all kinds of editing options.
