Audio files are primarily created for English language including player names in Elite addons. I do not tried to change audio files expect for Czech audio files once so I can not confirm if there is a possibility to change it to Russian as well. I know that you would need the faudio and gaudio files. You could try visiting this website: http://www.rhl-mod.ru/ where you might find what you're looking for. Unfortunately, I do not currently have access to this website.
