These are the logos for new teams - the logos for "old" (already existing) teams are included in the AHL jersey patch IIRC.

Concerning the SDs versions - patience is the key :-) Don't want to be rude, but he wrote he will do it so give him some time for real life.

Greetings to Poprad the only slovakian team I do own a jersey - I like the slovakian league. Maybe I'll go to Munich to see HC Kosice in CHL.

Great stuff Andrei, if I want to be nitpicky I would say that on the inscription the AE in the word "quaeris" and the OE in the word "amoenam" should be more together like on the photo above, but excellent work anyway !!!

Do you know in which game that jersey was used ?

The inscription is in "CAPITAL"Letters:

si quaeris peninsulam amoenam circumspice

It is the motto of State Michigan and means: If you seek a pleasant peninsula look about you

And which logo do you mean exactly ? This:
