MAIN ANNOUNCEMENT
Thank you for your support and your continuous interest in my roster work. I am looking forward to the upcoming season and I am glad that I can announce new features and current progress of ELITE ROSTER 2022-2023 to you.
I am currently working on IIHF players and I will try to release the first beta version with just these players as soon as possible. Beta versions will be available for everyone but please keep in mind that these ones won't represent final version.
As you can see in the new ELITE TEAMS ID LIST I created new teams for NL and DEL league and I added Lithuania and Poland instead of suspended Belarus and Russia teams. But all news about teams you can find here:

With these changes I have already updated ELITE LOCALIZATION FILES for English and Czech version. But use them with your own risk and wait until final version of ELITE ROSTER 2022-2023 is released.

To install paste all 5 files (.Install_Menu_2023.bat, frontxxx.bin and gamexxx.bin) into the NHL 09 game folder and run Install_Menu_2023.bat file.

For upcoming season I have been editing all active players to they have current attributes. It has been so far around 4500 players one by one. But new players are about to come.
As you could find out in previous season all players attributes in each team are unique so you can not find two players with the same attributes and roles in the same team.
For this season are attributes more accurate also for players with lower rating. You can see all players in the new ELITE RATING LIST which I offer you to preview here:

As you could see in ELITE FACEPLACE LIST during these months I have been browsing more than 16000 players and their IDs and I removed almost 5000 inactive players to have a lot of free places for new players for upcoming seasons.

ELITE NHL SCHEDULE 2021-2022

Modified and fully playable schedule from previous year which is included in ELITE ROSTER 2022-2023 v0.9.0
 
Because of the game limitations to use only 30 teams in NHL I was forced to create a modified version.
There is only one place and you will have to decide which of these 3 teams you would choose to play - Arizona/Seattle/Vegas.
This schedule is created defaultly for Arizona as a team on place 2 and Columbus on place 9.
 
But as you can see there are variable places for Arizona and Columbus and when you play with Vegas or Seattle you need to move Columbus into the East conference.
As you probably notice you can expect only one schedule for place(team) 2 and one for place(team) 9 no matter if you use that team or other team.
To maintain all teams have the same number of games (78) it was neccesarry to add another 18 games. I created them according to real divisions and conferences (but with NHL 09 limitations).
It was very hard but I created it in the best way as I could and there are only these two inaccuracies - LAK and EDM have together one extra game and All-Star Game is hard-coded in the game to be in January 25 so games which are planned to this day was set to January 26.
HOW TO CREATE NHL DYNASTY:
1. Run the game, choose dynasty mode and create a new one.
2. See NHL Schedule.jpg
3. In the game substitute all green marked NHL teams according to NHL Schedule.jpg file.
4. Confirm the selection and begin the dynasty.

HOW TO CREATE NHL SEASON:
1. Run NHLView program and open the database files - db.viv and exhibition.exh.
2. See NHL Schedule.jpg
3. For all green marked NHL teams, change league to Custom in NHLView (Teams-Data) and save.
4. Run the game, choose season mode - NHL and create a new one.
5. Substitute teams according to season division order like in NHL Schedule.jpg file.
7. Confirm the selection and begin the season. Do not run the first game now.
8. You need to exit the game, open NHLView again, and set a league for those green NHL teams back to NHL and save.
9. Run the game, load NHL season and play.

ELITE GAMEPLAY SETTINGS
For Dynasty Mode and Season Mode you are forced to set Gameplay Settings again because when you create a new one there are default seetings imported. 
Defaut values are from old Mazda Gameplay Settings which are changed in ELITE ROSTER for exhibition mode but the default ones are staying the same.

Hi all, 
I will be back. 😉 But now I have to pass all exams which are ahead of me during May and June in University so please respect that. 🙂 
And as you have mentioned my family is growing so there is a lot of work to do.
I have already created a plan for upcoming season and currently I am starting to work on a new system for player attributes.
Soon I will post a new Teams ID 2022-2023 list. Also I want to separate new IDs for players so it is also very time consuming.
Please understand that for upcoming season I do not have any messages about addons which they will be available for ELITE ROSTER.
I can not promise you that I will even start working on ELITE ADDONS 22-23.
My primary work will be on ELITE ROSTER. But in Teams ID list will be all values (string, art, etc.) for you so please create as much addons as possible.

NEW INFO ABOUT NHL SCHEDULE
For creating NHL dynasty mode you do not need to use NHLview program and changing league to Custom.
Substitutions of all NHL teams to be according to NHL preview you can set in the game easily.

NHL final roster with scratched and minors players will be uploaded during tommorow - ELITE ROSTER 2021-2022 v0.9.6
Transfers are updated to November 24 and there are edited NHL teams and all european teams (KHL, SHL, LII, ELH, NL and DEL) with scratched and minors players for dynasty or season modes.
In the next version I am going to work on salaries and contracts for NHL teams and I will start working on AHL teams.

ELITE ROSTER IIHF WC 2021 ADDED

New created IIHF players have correct roles, new attributes and edited height, weight and age. Team lines are according to their last real games and optimised for the game.
In minor league management in the game you can also active a few players which were not included in the official IIHF roster list.

ELITE ROSTER 2020-2021 v2.0 SECOND BETA VERSION
I am very glad that I can announce completing the second beta version of ELITE ROSTER 2020-2021 with NHL and AHL players which is currently available to download for all donators.

There are another 2500 edited players so it took longer than I expected. Every player has new attributes including correct role. Team lines are according to their last real games and everything is optimised for the game. Players have correct jersey numbers and shoots. 
Minor players are added as well including long-time injured players and you can active them in minor league management in the game.
Also you can add or copy players from AHL into NHL teams if you want to have more minor players but keep in mind that there is a limit.
It is still a beta version so please keep in mind that players age, height and weight are not edited yet and maybe some ID numbers do not fit correctly for players.
New IIHF WC 2021 players will be created in final version.
In the game there is hard-coded limit for number of teams in each league so teams like Vegas, Bakersfield, Colorado Eagles and DEL Teams are in Custom teams.
In this roster you can also find teams which do not participate in current season like Seattle, Charlotte, Milwaukee, Springfield a Palm Springs - Players for these teams are created from players which did not fit into the limit of their own teams so they were added into these ones so you can play with these teams as well. They are prepared already because they should participate in upcoming season.
